
Tools you'll need...

18mm open box wrench

T40 torque bit

1/2 inch open box wrench


Step 1 — Mount Location
-
The cupholder section is the base support where the Cooler Caddy will be mounted.
-
It will ensure the unit sits flat and centered.

Step 2 — Remove Factory Bolts
-
Remove the T40 Torx bolts from the rear side of the cupholder section, closest to the seats.
-
Set the bolts aside — they will be reused during installation.

Step 3 — Remove Seat Belt Mount Bolts
-
Remove the bolts securing the seat belt mount near the rear seat area. 16mm socket —18mm open box wrench.

Set these bolts aside — they will be reused during installation.


Step 4 — Install Mounting Brackets
-
Position the mounting brackets and secure them using the seat belt bolt and a socket.
-
Ensure the brackets are aligned properly before tightening.


Step 5 — Install the Cooler Caddy
-
Set the Rooster Cooler Caddy onto the installed brackets.
-
Align it with the mounting points and confirm it sits securely before final tightening.


Step 6 — Install Mounting Bolts
-
Install the provided bolts to secure the Cooler Caddy to the mounting brackets. 1/2 inch socket —1/2 inch open end box wrench.
-
Do not fully tighten — leave them loose until everything is properly aligned.

Step 7 — Reinstall T40 Torx Bolts
-
Insert the T40 Torx bolts near the seats through the Cooler Caddy and into the factory mounting holes.
-
Tighten securely after alignment.


Step 8 — Final Tightening
-
Once everything is aligned, fully tighten all bolts and mounting points.

Confirm the Cooler Caddy is secure and does not shift during use.



Step 9 — Load & Secure Your Cooler
-
Set the cooler onto the Rooster Cooler Caddy.

Feed the provided straps through the cooler’s eyelets and down through the slots in the caddy.
-
Insert the strap ends into the buckles and pull tight until the cooler is firmly secured.
